Please read this agreement carefully and recognize your rights & obligations before you sell test strips to Sell Your Surplus Diabetic Supplies.

• I am an individual 18 years of age or older residing in the United States of America (USA).
• I understand that Sell Your Surplus Diabetic Supplies is a service for selling surplus diabetes test strips.
• I certify that I am the sole and rightful owner of the item(s) being sold to sellyoursurplusds.com or possess the rights to sell them from the rightful owner. I understand that if any item turns out to have been stolen, I will not receive compensation for the item.
• I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sell Your Surplus Diabetic Supplies and each of their respective directors, officers, employees, consultants, and agents from and against any and all third-party claims, demands, liabilities and responsibilities as to the item(s) being sold to Sell Your Surplus Diabetic Supplies.
• My diabetic test strips are in boxes and the boxes are sealed.
• I will only send test strips that are not expired and will not expire for at least 8 months from today. (Count the current month as “0” and the next month as “1” and so forth. For example, if the current month is September (month “0”), then if your strips expired in eight months, they would expire in May (month “8”). (The diabetic test strips you send us must have a minimum expiration date of at least eight (8) months.) We provide an expiration date calculator on every product page for your convenience.
• Sell Your Surplus Diabetic Supplies will not pay for boxes that are expired upon receipt of delivery. We cannot return them.
  Sell Your Surplus Diabetic Supplies  will not pay for boxes that are damaged upon receipt of delivery.  We will donate them if they are usable and acceptable to local organizations.
• Sell Your Surplus Diabetic Supplies  does not buy International boxes, we only buy test strips with NDC codes.
• Sell Your Surplus Diabetic Supplies  will honor the quote from the time the quote is made and up to 30 days thereafter.  Please send your extra supplies in quickly to ensure the highest price.
